The opening of your Buyer account is synonymous with acceptance of the “General Conditions” that follows.

THE EXCLUSIVE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SELLER

When you make a purchase on soukazone.com, you do business directly with the seller , which is responsible for determining prices, delivery times, payment methods (among those available on Soukazone) and general conditions. In addition, the follow-up of the delivery of orders is the sole responsibility of the seller, whom you should contact for any dispute or problem related to the purchase and delivery process, always contact the seller before reporting the situation to Soukazone.

THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY

As a buyer, you guarantee the accuracy of the information provided when creating your account on soukazone.com or validating an order (surname and first name, delivery address, telephone number, etc.). Therefore, in the event of an error and/or non-conformity, you will be held responsible.

PURCHASE, TRANSACTION, RETURN OF PRODUCTS

When you place an order on souksazone.com, your seller receives a notification by email and the payment is held by the platform pending your confirmation of receipt of the order. You will then have to confirm the conformity of the product received with the description presented on the platform by the seller. 14 days after receipt of your order, only then will Soukazone release the withholding and pay your seller the amount of the order after deduction of its commission.

You therefore have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order for any refund or exchange request. A new transaction will then only be completed when your seller has received the returned product.

IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE BETWEEN THE PARTIES

At Soukazone we favour a flexible and preventive approach to any conflict or misunderstanding, and we are committed to remaining available and open to make your experience on our platform the best. In the event of a conflict, we will work to find a mutual agreement that is satisfactory to all parties.  However, if no agreement is reached, Quebec law will be applied.

COMMUNICATION ON THE PLATFORM

By opening a buyer account, you authorize the sellers and Soukazone to contact you by phone, email or Soukazone communication tool. Furthermore,  exchanges on the platform will be made in respect and courtesy. We are a community in which any religious, political, juridical (…) claim will be prohibited . Any abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, hateful, offensive, inappropriate, racist , sexist content will not be tolerated.

Soukazone reserves itself the right to delete any content that does not comply with its policy.

To express your opinions, satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the service, the products and even the salespeople, a feedback tool is at your disposal, allowing the salespeople to build their reputation and will constitute a more than reliable evaluation tool.

This is the code of every buyer account holder, a policy that will guarantee the sustainability of the Soukazone community. Compliance is not optional and any buyer who violates this policy will be banned from the platform.
