We want to ensure that you and your buyers have a unique experience on soukazone.com, so you will find the seller’s code below. The opening of your designer account is synonymous with acceptance of the “General Conditions” that follow.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER
Opening a seller account on Soukazone, com is a commitment to provide accurate information about your company, your products, your entrepreneur profile. We demand transparency, honesty and precision from all our partners. Therefore, in the event of error and/or non-compliance, you will be held responsible.
THE CONTENT OF THE SHOPS
Only products of African inspiration will be offered on the platform.
Photos uploaded to your virtual store must be exclusively yours and not that of an entrepreneur from outside the community . If your store is participating in a fundraising event on behalf of a charity, it is your responsibility to obtain their consent.
No prohibited products will be offered on the platform . It is up to the seller to verify the legality of the products they offer on the platform . Furthermore , the legal requirements of another country may apply if you offer your products for sale outside Quebec (Canada).
THE ANTI-AVOIDANCE RULE
Fee avoidance refers to any action taken by the seller to avoid paying transaction or registration fees.
Example of cost avoidance: Redirect Soukazone buyers to another online sales platform to avoid paying a 10% commission fee.
CAN WE HAVE SEVERAL STORES?
You can create several stores but be sure to provide different services and products depending on the type of product, an accessory store, another for skirts, etc. Duplicate stores are prohibited. We talk about duplicate stores when the same seller has two or more similar stores: same items, same prices, same photos and same descriptions . If for the seller it is the illusion of greater visibility, for the buyers on the other hand it is a sign of poor organization , of lack of transparency leading to confusion and calling into question the seriousness of the platform.
THE EXCLUSIVE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SELLER
As a seller, you represent your shop and your products. It is your responsibility to determine your prices, delivery times, payment methods (among those listed on the soukazone.com platform), as well as the general conditions. Therefore, in the event of a delivery dispute, the buyer should first contact you before reporting the situation to Soukazone .You may also be required to provide documents that will help you to avoid guilt.
PURCHASE, TRANSACTION, RETURN OF PRODUCTS
With each order in your shop, you will receive a notification by email and the payment will be held by the platform pending confirmation of receipt of the order from your buyer. The latter must then confirm the conformity of the product received with the description presented by your shop , 14 days following receipt of the said order. Only then will Soukazone release the deduction and pay you the amount of the order after deduction of its commission.
Your buyer therefore has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order for any refund or exchange request. A new transaction will then only be carried out once you have received the returned product.
Soukazone takes 10% on each item sold on the platform.
IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE BETWEEN THE PARTIES
At Soukazone we favor a flexible and preventive approach to any conflict or misunderstanding. As a salesperson, you are not only a customer of the platform, but above all a collaborator. We are committed to remaining available and open to avoid conflicts and misunderstandings between members of our community. In the event of a conflict, we will do what is necessary to find a mutual agreement that is satisfactory to all parties. However, if no agreement is reached, Quebec law will be applied.
COMMUNICATION ON THE PLATFORM
By opening a buyer account, you authorize the sellers and Soukazone to contact you by phone, email or Soukazone communication tool. Furthermore, exchanges on the platform will be made in respect and courtesy. We are a community in which any religious, political, juridical (…) claim will be prohibited . Any abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, hateful, offensive, inappropriate, racist , sexist content will not be tolerated.
Soukazone reserves itself the right to delete any content that does not comply with its policy.
To express your opinions, satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the service, the products and even the salespeople, a feedback tool is at your disposal, allowing the salespeople to build their reputation and will constitute a more than reliable evaluation tool.
This is the code of every seller account holder, a policy that will guarantee the sustainability of the Soukazone community and the success of your business. Compliance is not optional and any vendor who violates this policy will be banned from the platform.
